ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS
• Each additional character in the artwork will add +70% of the base price.• If you'd like to have one of my OCs as an additional character on a commission, it adds 60%.
BACKGROUNDS
• By default all commission types come with a simple background (solid color, gradients, patterns) included.• Complex backgrounds have an extra fee. Please check pricing below each commission type.• Complex backgrounds can be natural or man-made sceneries.
Complexity however may affect total price.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Generala. By transferring payment it is understood that you agree to these terms of service.b. I reserve the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have agreed to previous terms.c. I reserve the right to decline a commission request before any payment has been made.
2. Paymenta. Payments are made through Stripe or PayPal (5% fee added to final price).b. Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.c. I do not start working until payment has been received for my own security.
• Commissions up to 500 USD/EUR must be paid upfront entirely.
• Above 500 USD/EUR, the client can choose to pay half upfront and half upon approving the sketch, unless otherwise stated.d. Clients get a full refund only if:
• I cancel the commission for personal reasons.e. There will be NO refunds once the commission has been started.f. Refunds will be transferred as soon as it's reasonably possible.
• If I have insufficient funds on my PayPal to refund immediately, the first following earnings transferred to my account will go towards the refund.
3. Work method & Revisionsa. I strive to finish commissions in the same order as they have been requested. However, I may alternate between commissions for creative purposes and a later commission may be finished sooner as a result.b. Apart from small (<100 USD/EUR) commissions, unless otherwise specified by the client, I will always show the finished sketch(es) to my client and wait for approval before I continue to refine and/or color the work.c. For character illustrations and full illustrations, I will also send in rough sketches and color layouts for client approval before I continue to render the illustration.d. Revisions and alterations can be requested by the client during sketch and flat-color phases.
• Additional revisions and changes cost extra depending on what is asked.
• No revisions will be accepted after I have started rendering the commission.
4. Image Rightsa. By default, I reserve full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, re-post and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork.b. My clients have the right to repost low resolution versions of the artwork so long as my signature is visible. They may also use their commissioned image publicly for personal icons and/or banners without my written permission.c. My clients have the right to print the high-resolution version of the artwork for their private use.d. Full or partial rights to the commissioned artwork may be bought for an additional fee. This will be discussed in private.
5. Deadlines & Updatesa. By default, I aim to complete my commissions within two to four months from starting. If a delay happens, the client will be notified.b. Clients may request a deadline for their commission for an additional fee, depending on the amount of time given and the complexity of the commission. This will be discussed in private.c. I have the right to prioritize my commissions based on set deadlines.d. I have the right to refuse a deadline for a commission if it does not agree with my schedule.e. I strive to keep my clients up to date with their commission status whenever there is an update available, or a change is made to the schedule.
Please do not ask me for updates more than once a week. If you have not heard from me yet, there is usually nothing to report.
